Nathan Flood was named KINBER’s president and CEO in 2020, after serving as the organization’s interim president and CEO and vice president. Under Nathan’s leadership and guidance, KINBER negotiated the sale of its assets; positioned itself for long-term financial sustainability; created Keystone REN LLC, a KINBER wholly owned subsidiary of KINBER; and provided input on state and national policy discussions around broadband. Prior to joining KINBER, Nathan served as deputy secretary for the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and chief of staff in the Pennsylvania Senate. Nathan currently serves on the boards of Keystone REN LLC, The Quilt and ELA, an engineering ESOP, and as past chair of the PA Integrated Library System and as the Chair of the Board for the Natural Streams Foundation.
